Professional Biography

Engineering Leader. PMO Strategist.

I am a licensed Professional Engineer and certified project management professional with more than two decades of experience delivering complex infrastructure programs across Canada and the Arabian Gulf.

My career spans rail corridor expansion, highway rehabilitation programs for the Ministry of Transportation Ontario, transit station delivery at Metrolinx, municipal development, residential construction, and now the GCC's most ambitious giga-project landscape.

In early 2025, my family and I relocated to Riyadh β€” a deliberate, long-term commitment to the Saudi market. My wife teaches at SEK International School. The children are settled. We have built a life here. I am not passing through.

2004–2012
Building the Foundation

Municipal infrastructure at the Region of Peel through Seneca College co-op. Road reconstruction, utility programs, and capital delivery in Ontario's most populous region. Learning infrastructure from the ground up.

2012–2021
Rail, Highway & Complex Delivery

Fermar Paving β€” $340M+ rail portfolio across GO Transit corridors. Georgetown South ($100M), Barrie Double Track ($80M), Stouffville Expansion ($110M). MTO highway programs. TTC rehabilitation. Building expertise in complex, multi-stakeholder construction delivery.

2021–2025
The Owner's Chair β€” Metrolinx

Crossing to the owner's side of the table. Georgetown Station ($150M). Acting Manager on the $2B Bowmanville Train Line Extension β€” Canada's largest active CMAR progressive contracting program. Learning that governance is as important as the contract itself.
